摘 要:针对电传动履带车辆发电机采用模拟调压器母线电压波动对车载锂电池冲击过大,且无法实现与车辆其他系统通信等问题,设计了电励磁同步发电机数字调压器控制系统。系统以TI公司的DSP作为主控芯片,采用电压PWM斩波技术,实现CAN通信。系统可软件和硬件双重保护和复位,增强了系统可靠性。实验表明相比模拟调压器系统,稳压性能大大提高,避免了对锂电池的过充和过放。 关键词:调压;DSP;双重保护;电压波动
Abstract: The analog voltage control system which cannot communicate with the other systems is used in the electric drive tracked vehicle, and the Li-Battery is destroyed easily because of the DC bus voltage fluctuation. Digital voltage control system of synchronous generator was designed for the electric drive tracked vehicle. DSP of TI company is main chip of the system, and PWM technique was adopted. Reliability of the voltage control system is advanced because of soft and hardware double protect and reposition. The performance of voltage control is superior, compare to the analog, and Li-Battery excessive charge and discharge are avoided. Key words: voltage control;DSP;double protect;voltage fluctuation |
