摘 要:阐述了应用于高速无刷直流电机调压调速系统的BUCK直流调压器的功率器件选型计算和硬件保护电路设计过程,分析了该Buck调压器在设计调试中遇到的问题和解决办法,并设计制造了一台样机。实验验证了该样机硬件保护电路可靠有效,改进后的高频吸收单元有效地减了小开关损耗及其对系统运行造成的影响。实验样机性能良好,可以为高速电机驱动系统提供稳定可靠的调压性能,符合设计要求。 关键词:BUCK;硬件保护;高频吸收单元
Abstract: This paper presented the procedure of designing a Buck regulator for variable-high-speed BLDC motor drive system.Design of hardware protection circuit and selection of power apparatuses were mainly discussed,the problems which occurred during the procedure of debugging were analysed and solved.Experimental results based on a manufactured prototype verify that the hardware protection circuit is valid and reliable.Meanwhile,the improved high-frequency absorption units can efficiently reduce the switching loss,as well as the influences to the whole system.The prototype for this motor drive system can achieve stable and reliable performance as the design required.
