摘 要:考虑到尺寸效应对永磁电机磁、热性能的影响,给出了一种用于微小动量飞轮的无铁心无刷永磁平面微电机的多学科设计方法,即利用多学科优化软件iSIGHT之有限元分析软件Ansys对电机进行多学科设计优化研究,以电机质量、气隙磁密、绕组损耗为优化目标,以几何尺寸、转动惯量等要求作为约束条件进行优化计算。通过多学科设计优化,电机质量减小了28.3%,气隙磁密增加了2.9%,绕组损耗减小了2.6%,提高了设计效率,在永磁微电机的设计中具有现实意义。
Abstract: A multidisciplinary design method of coreless brushless permanent magnet planar micromotor used for minimal momentum flywheel was given considering influence of size effect on magnetic and thermal properties of permanent magnet micromotor.The software of multidisciplinary design optimization(iSIGHT)and the software of Finite Element Analysis Software(ANSYS)were applied to optimize the micromotor.The mass,flux density and wingding power consumption of the micromotor were the optimization goal,magnetic field,temperature and other requirements were the constraint condition.The results of optimization indicate that the mass of the motor is reduced by 28.03%,the flux density is increased by 2.9%,and the wingding power consumption is reduced by 2.6%.This method will raise the design efficiency and have practical significance to design of permanent magnet micromotor.
