摘要:为了获得较好的低速输出特性的电机,提出一种中空环形超声波电机。设计了电机机械结构并搭建实验平台完成实验研究。首先介绍了电机的运行原理及其结构,利用有限元分析软件对定子结构进行了模态分析、谐响应分析、瞬态响应分析,获得工作模态振动和位移情况。然后对电机进行转矩计算和解析分析。最后依据有限元分析获得电机的结构参数并进行电机扭矩转速特性实测。把实测的电机输出特性与理论分析结果进行了对比验证,理论值与实测值相符。为进一步研究该类行波超声波电机的设计和优化提供机了理论指导。 关键词:超声波电机;模态分析;谐响应分析;瞬态分析 Abstract: A hollow annular ultrasonic motor was proposed to obtain the motor of a better lowspeed output. The mechanical structure of the motor was designed. The experimental platform was built to complete the experimental study. The operation principle of the motor and its structure were introduced. The modal analysis, harmonic response analysis and transient response analysis of the stator structure were carried out through the finite element analysis software, and the vibration and displacement of the working mode were obtained. Torque calculation and analytical analysis of motor were performed. The motor prototype was made. The results of the measured and theoretical analysis of motor torque speed were compared and verified, which provided theoretical guidance for further study of the design and optimization of this type of wave ultrasonic motor.
