摘 要:针对热声系统,提出了一种混合磁路永磁直线发电机的设计方案。定子采用旋转电机结构,动子采用纵向横向混合磁路结构,动子轴向往复运动产生感应电动势。有限元法分析结果表明,电机达到常规电机的电磁负荷,且纵向磁场对反电势影响很小。该型发电机结构简单,工艺性好,更适合于热声发电系统应用。 关键词:热声系统;混合磁路;永磁直线发电机;三维电磁场计算
Abstract: In view of the thermoacoustic system, proposed one kind of hybrid magnetic circuit permanent magnet linear generator’s design proposal. The stator uses the rotating machine structure and the rotor uses the longitudinal crosswise hybrid magnetic circuit structure. With the reciprocal motion of the permanent magnet along axial, the electro-motive force is generated in the winding. The analysis result by finite element method indicated that the motor achieves the conventional motor’s electromagnetism load, and the influence of longitudinal magnetic field to the idling counter electromotive force is very small. The generator structure is simple; technological is good, suit in the thermoacoustic generating system application.
