摘 要:根据热声发电系统的特点,文章选取圆筒式永磁直线发电机作为系统的振子性负载,将传统单一的轴向或径向磁路结构改变为轴向径向混合磁路结构,并利用有限元计算仿真软件ANSOFT MAXWELL 3D,对直线发电机的内部磁场、永磁体所受定位力进行分析计算。计算结果表明,传统结构直线发电机与新型结构直线发电机相比定位力减少了25%。 关键词:圆筒式永磁直线发电机;热声;有限元;混合磁路
Abstract: Base on the characteristic of the thermoacoustic system,selected tubular permanent magnet linear generator.Traditional magnetic structure was is the axial or radial,Changed the magnetic structure into the novel hybrid magnetic circuit structure.The magnetic field and the induced cogging force under no load conditions was analyzed using the finite element method(FEM)simulation programs Ansoft Maxwelll 3D.The results show that the cogging force was reduced 20%.
