标题:潜水泵开关磁阻电机结构设计与优化

以三相6/4开关磁阻电机为例,首先基于Ansoft有限元分析软件提出线性参数化设计优化流程,结合潜水泵体积小、气隙大、电压等级低、可靠性要求高的特点,设计一台30W的潜水泵开关磁阻电机模型。然后,在电机部分参数受限下,探讨电机结构参数和开通角、关断角对电机输出转矩和效率的影响,得出一般性设计参考和优化模型。最后,在此基础上,定子采用T型齿,并探究其尺寸参数对电机性能的影响,通过有限元法验证采用T型定子齿的6/4极潜水泵用开关磁阻电机的优化设计。

Abstract: Taking threephase switched reluctance motor (SRM) with 6/4 structure for example, a linear parameterization design and optimization routine based on ansoft finite element analysis (FEA) was proposed at first. Then it is implemented to design a 30W SRM for submerged pump with small volume, large gap dimension, low voltage class and high reliability requirements. Under partial parameter constraints, the influence of motor structure parameters, turnon and turnoff angle on the performance of the motor was discussed to obtain the general design reference and optimized design. In the end, based on the reference, the stator with T type tooth shape was used and the influence of dimensions on performance of the motor was discussed. The optimized design of the 6/4 SRM with T type shape stator for submersible pump was verified by FEA.
