摘 要:介绍游梁式抽油机用电动机的运行特点,述评了油田使用的几种电动机节能情况。游梁式抽油机用电动机的节能方法一是提高电动机的负荷率和效率,二是使电动机的机械特性变软,改善电动机机械特性与抽油机负载特性的相互配合,提高机、杆、泵系统效率。两者比较,后者的节能潜力要比前者大许多。当前最理想的途径是开发用于制造电动机转子绕组的频敏材料,其次是研制工作可靠的四象限变频器,使发电状态时的电能回馈电网。 关键词:游梁式抽油机;单相感应电动机;节能;效率
Abstract: Described load characteristics of motor for beam pumping unit,reviewed the several energy situations of motor.The methods of motor energy-saving for beam pumping unit should include two aspects:first,to improve the efficiency of motor load,and second is to soft the mechanical characteristics of motor,improve the mechanical properties coordinate with electrical load of pumping units each other,improve machine,par,pumping system efficiency.Comparing with the two conditions,energysaving potential of the latter was more large than the former.At present the best way to the development the rotor winding-frequency material of motor,followed by the development of a reliable four-quadrant inverter,so that the motor power return to the power grid.
