摘要:混合励磁同步电机是一种新型电机,其兼有电励磁同步电机与永磁同步电机的优点,并克服其各自缺点;且电机气隙磁场平滑可调,电动运行时,具有起动转矩大、调速范围宽的优点,因此,它在宽速度运行范围的电驱动系统具有十分重要的工程应用价值。本文系统介绍了混合励磁同步电机的基本特点,概述了混合励磁同步电机的分类方法及分析了并联磁势式混合励磁同步电机的结构和工作原理。在此基础上,推导了混合励磁同步电机的数学模型;之后,对国内外混合励磁同步电机的控制策略进行了进一步分析、总结;最后,探讨了混合励磁电机技术的发展趋势,展望了它的应用前景。 关键词:混合励磁同步电机;永磁电机;电机分类方法;数学模型;发展趋势
Abstract: Hybrid excitation synchronous motor (HESM ) is a new type of motor, which incorporates the advantages of the permanent magnet synchronous machine (PMSM) and the electrical excitation synchronous machine (EESM), and avoids their shortcomings. Due to the air gap magnetic field of the motor being smooth and adjustable with auxiliary field windings, HESM can start with large torque and run with wide speed regulation range. Therefore, it has been widely applied in drive systems over a wide range of speeds. Firstly, the basic characteristics of the HESM were introduced, and the classification methods of the HESM were summarized in this paper. Secondly, the structure and working principle of parallel magnetic potential hybrid excitation synchronous machine were analyzed. On the basis of above analysis, the mathematical model of the hybrid excitation synchronous motor was derived. Thirdly, the control strategy of the HESM at home and abroad was further discussed and summarized. Lastly, the development trend of the HESM technology was discussed, and its application prospects were forecasted.
