摘要:永磁直线同步电机本身存在的推力波动是阻碍其获得平稳速度响应的主要因素,如何抑制推力波动是电机及其控制器设计中必须考虑的一个重要问题。针对端部效应产生的端部作用力对永磁直线同步电机的影响进行研究,阐述了直线电机端部效应的产生机理,并推导出端部力表达式,通过最优初级长度设计,同时优化边齿形状,显著抑制了直线电机的端部力幅值,并采用有限元软件对优化方案进行了仿真和验证。该方案用于产品设计,获得了较好效果。 关键词:永磁直线同步电机;端部效应;边齿;推力波动;有限元 Abstract: The thrust ripple in a permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) is a primary factor that prevents it from obtaining steady speed response. To reduce the thrust ripple is an important task of designing a PMLSM and its controller. The influence on PMLSM of the end force caused by end effect was investigated. Generating mechanism of the end effect was elaborated and the expression of the end force was deduced. By optimizing the primary iron core length and shape of two ends teeth, the amplitude of the end force was obviously restrained. Finite element software was employed to simulate and verify these optimizations. At last, the optimizations were applied to product design and good results achieved.
