摘要:直流微电机磁钢高速粘贴技术研究的内容包括电机壳体自动滚涂设备的研制和滚涂工艺制定两方面的内容,永磁直流电机壳体涂胶磁钢粘贴设备是在电机外壳选定内表面处,用带滚动圆形毛刷轮在专用盛胶容器滚动覆盖自固化专用胶粘剂后,使圆形毛刷轮与电机壳体相对转动,并使圆形毛刷轮与壳体接触后给定一定压力,从而把圆形毛刷轮上的胶粘剂均匀涂刷到壳体选定的内表面处,在进行后续工序,并把磁钢压装到相应位置并夹紧固化后,磁钢牢固地粘贴在电机壳体上。文章旨在阐述自动涂胶粘贴设备的工作原理、性能参数、机构组成、使用效果,并通过实践、分析,形成一套成熟的涂胶粘贴工艺,指导电机磁钢自动涂胶粘贴技术新工艺的推广应用。
