摘 要:笼型感应电动机转子断条时,定子电流中含有频率为(1-2-s)f1(f1为电源频率)的附加电流分量。由于起动过程中电机转差率s是连续变化的,(1-2s)f1则按f1→0→f1的规律进行变化,据此规律可以检测转子有无断条。分析了基于小波脊线的转子断条特征提取方法,探讨了小波脊线方法的不足并提出了改进的小波脊线算法;实验结果证明了改进小波脊线算法在转子断条检测中的有效性。 关键词:改进小波脊线;转子断条;特征提取;感应电动机
Abstract: The improved wavelet ridge algorithm for asymptotic signals was proposed for rotor fault detection of induction motor.As we know,the variation of the current component(1-2s)f1,which is the feature component for rotor fault of induction motors is f1→0→f1 during the starting process.Therefore,the rotor fault can be diagnosed by extracting (1-2s)f1 component from the starting stator current.Experimental results are also presented to show the effectiveness of the algorithm.
