摘 要:齿槽转矩引起的振动、噪声以及控制困难影响永磁电机的性能,其精确测量有助于永磁电机削弱齿槽转矩的优化设计。本文介绍了用扭矩传感器和通过测量电流电压来测量齿槽转矩的方法及其优缺点,提出了一种简单易行的用砝码来测量齿槽转矩的方法,并用该方法对8极30槽的永磁同步发电机样机进行测试,测试结果表明该方法可行。 关键词:永磁电机;齿槽转矩;测试方法
Abstract: In the permanent magnet electric machines, the cogging torque cause vibration, noise and control difficulty. Several methods for measuring cogging torque such as the way using the digital gauge to measure the reaction torque on the stator, the way using conventional torque meter and the way basing on the voltage measurements were presented. A simple method using the weight and the dial for measuring cogging torque was proposed. The cogging torque of a prototype of permanentmagnet synchronous generator with 8 poles and 30 slots was measured by this method. The measuring results are less than the finite element simulation results, which show the measuring method is reasonable. Key words: permanent magnet electric machines; cogging torque; test methods
