标题:永磁电机控制系统与有限元模型联合仿真研究

摘要:以一台永磁同步电机为例,建立了电机的二维电磁场有限元模型,搭建了电机的控制系统,确定了该电机的控制策略,将永磁电机有限元模型与弱磁控制系统进行联合仿真,控制系统控制电机的输入信号,同时电机的转速、转矩、电流和位置信号等反馈回控制系统。一方面电机的输入受控制系统控制,符合电机实际工作情况,提高了电机仿真的准确性。另一方面电机的电磁场有限元计算结果精确度更高,控制系统得到的反馈信号更加准确,从而提高了控制系统仿真的准确性。电机仿真与控制系统仿真相互依存,将两种仿真联合起来使两种仿真得到互补,提高了整个电机及控制系统的仿真精确度。

Abstract: A permanent magnet synchronous motor was used as an example, and the motor 2D finite element model and motor control system were established, and the motor control strategy was determined, and the cosimulation of motor with the finite element model and the weakening the control system was created, and the motor input signal were controlled by the control system, and at the same time the motor feedback signals that were speed, torque, current and position were fed back to the control system. On the one hand the input of the motor was controlled by the control system which met the motor actual working conditions, and the accuracy of the motor simulation was improved. On the other hand the finite element calculation results were more accurate, so the accuracy of the control system simulation was increased. The motor simulation and the control system simulation are interdependence, and the cosimulation complement two kinds of simulation, which improve the accuracy of the entire motor and control system simulation.
