摘 要 该文对永磁无刷直流电机电感参数的计算和测定方法进行了推导,通过坐标变换,把三相电机ABC坐标系下的自感、互感的复杂计算和测定问题转换为d-q坐标系下简单的计算和测定问题。该方法通过测定一周转子不同位置下的电压、电流、功率数据,可直接计算出电机的直轴电感和交轴电感。采用该方法分析了转子位置、电流、频率、温度对电感参数的影响。 关键词:永磁无刷直流电机;电感参数;坐标变换;直轴电感;交轴电感
Abstract: This article introduced the calculating and testing method about the inductances of the PM brushless DC motor. This method changed the calculating and testing about self and mutual inductances in the ABC axis into the d-q axis using the axis changing. The method can calculate the d-axis and q-axis inductances directly through measuring the voltage, current and power under the different rotor position. The method was applied to a prototype PM brushless DC motor to analysis the inductance parameters variation with the rotor position, current, frequency and temperature.
