摘要:永磁无刷直流发电机,因无电刷原件、结构紧凑而得到广泛的应用。由于温升是永磁电机设计与使用的关键参数,对永磁发电机进行综合物理场分析是十分必要的。本文以一台永磁无刷直流发电机为研究对象,介绍了电磁场、流体场、温度场耦合分析的流程,对温度场进行了计算,通过温升试验验证了综合物理场计算结果的准确性。
关键词:永磁发电机;综合物理场;损耗;温升 Abstract: The permanent magnet (PM) brushless DC generator has been widely used because of its brushless and compact structure characters. It is necessary to analyze the synthesis physical fields of the PM generator that the PM material operating temperature limits. In this paper, a permanent magnet brushless DC generator as research object, the electromagnetic field, fluid field and temperature field coupling analysis was introduced. Finally, the synthesis physical fields model was verified through the temperature rise test research.
