摘要:针对永磁同步直线电机中存在非线性、时变性、强耦合性和外部负载不确定性等特点,在分析建立永磁同步直线电机的dq轴动态数学模型的基础上,结合传统PID控制和模糊控制的优点,将变论域思想引入控制器的设计中,设计了一种可变论域的模糊PID速度控制器。通过Matlab对永磁同步直线电机控制系统进行仿真,比较传统PID速度控制与变论域模糊PID速度控制的控制效果,仿真结果表明变论域模糊PID控制具有更好的动态响应性和跟踪性能。
关键词:永磁同步直线电机;PID控制;模糊控制;变论域模糊PID控制 bstract: Focusing on the nonlinear,timevarying,strong coupling and external load disturbance existing in PMLSM, based on the analysis of dynamic equation of permanent magnet linear synchronous motors,a variable universe fuzzy PID controller was designed to control the speed of PMLSM by absorbing the advantages of PID control and fuzzy control,and the variable universe method was applied to the design of the controller. The simulation experiment was made to compare the effects of traditional PID control and variable universe fuzzy PID control by Matlab,the simulation results verify that variable universe fuzzy PID control is superior to PID control in dynamic stability performace and speed tracking power.
