摘要:针对永磁同步直线电机(PMLSM)由边端效应等引起的推力波动问题,运用预测函数控制理论(PFC),结合模糊控制算法,建立推力波动抑制补偿模型,设计基于PFC的模糊控制器,运用模糊控制规则及其参数自调整功能实现PMLSM推力波动的有效抑制。最后,通过仿真实验得出,此方法可推力波动抑制率达38.6%,是一种可行的直线电机推力波动抑制策略。 关键词:PMLSM;推力波动;模糊控制;预测函数 Abstract: Aimed at the problem of the thrust fluctuation caused by the side effect of the PMLSM motor, PFC theory was used, fuzzy control algorithm was combined,a compensation model for thrust fluctuation suppression was established and fuzzy controller based on PFC was designed . The fuzzy control rule and its parameter self adjusting function were used to realize the control of thrust fluctuation of PMLSM motor. Simulation results show that the thrust fluctuation suppression rate can be 38.6%, it is proved to be a feasible method for restraining the thrust fluctuation of linear motor.
