摘 要:以普通增量式光电编码器作为反馈元件的全数字交流伺服系统中,精确测量电机转子磁极初始位置是一个重要的技术难点。提出了一种在静止状态下,快速测量转子初始位置的方法,并将其应用到实际的电梯系统中。实验表明,该方法可靠性好,精度较高,可以满足实际电梯用同步曳引机矢量控制运行的需要,有效解决了永磁同步电机不带绝对位置检测装置下的起动问题。 关键词:永磁同步电梯曳引机;转子磁极初始位置;脉冲电压注入;矢量控制
Abstract: In total digital servo motor system, increment photoelectric encoder is as a feedback component.The motor rotor initial position measure is an important and difficult technology point. This paper introduced a method to measure rotor initial position in a rotor static state,then applied this method to the practical elevator system.The experiment indicate that this method has the advantage of excellent reliability and high precision,and it can satisfy the need of elevator PMSM vector control.In addition,solve the problem that PMSM start with no absolute position component fundamentally.
