摘 要:针对永磁同步电机交流伺服控制系统中逆变器同一桥臂上下功率管存在的直通问题,就传统“死区”硬件设置电路中死区时间难于调整的缺点,在分析死区工作机理及其解决方法的基础上,提出了一种基于复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)来实现死区时间在线调节的新方法,仿真和试验表明,该方法简单有效,死区时间调节准确,无温漂。 关键词:永磁同步电机;伺服控制;逆变器;死区;CPLD
Abstract: According for the short-circuit problem existing in same bridge arm of inverter in the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)AC servo control system,the fault of the dead-time difficultly adjusted in the traditional hardware circuit was indicated.On the basis of analyzing the working mechanism and solutions of the dead-time,a new on-line delay method of the dead-time proposed based on a complex programmable logic device(CPLD).The simulation and experimental results show the practicability and validity of the method,the dead-time can be adjusted accurately and has no temperature drift.
