摘要:以混合动力汽车永磁同步电机为例,使用Maxwell和Ansys Workbench联合建立电机模型,计算分析了电机在瞬态下的电磁力波幅值和频率分布。通过改变电机的转速、磁极对数,比较不同电机结构参数对电磁力波频谱的影响。使用拉格朗日方程建立双环形定子振动微分方程,得到定子结构的固有频率和对应振型,同时运用瞬态动力学模块分析 1300 r/min时,不同材料和阻尼下电机外壳振动响应量的变化,为电机的减振降噪提供理论指导。
关键词:永磁同步电机;电机参数;电磁振动;电磁力波;有限元分析 Abstract: A permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) used for hybrid electric vehicle was studied by Maxwell and Ansys workbench to analyze its transient electromagnetic force amplitude and frequency distribution. Through changing the rotation speed, magnetic poles, electromagnetic wave spectra were compared, so as to determine the optimal motor structure parameters. Oscillatory differential equation of double loop stator was established with Lagrange equation to get natural frequencies and corresponding vibration mode of this motor. Besides, to investigate the influence of materials and model damping to shell vibration characteristic, it is changed at 1300 r/min in Ansys transient dynamic module, when calculating shell vibration acceleration, so as to sake some references to re-duce the vibration and noise of vehicle motors.
