摘要:针对光电捕获跟踪瞄准系统中,永磁同步伺服机构电流环带宽制约跟踪响应速度等问题。在分析永磁同步伺服机构中反馈延时、前向延时的基础上,提出通过采样电流估计SVPWM调制波增量,即时更新PWM的算法。此算法减小了前向延时,在开关频率不变的条件下,系统延时接近理论最小,同时保证较高的母线电压利用率,带宽扩展3倍左右,从而大幅度提高光电捕获跟踪瞄准系统的动态性能,仿真和实验验证了理论分析的正确性和方法的可行性。 关键词:永磁同步电机;电流环;带宽扩展;SVPWM;调制波估计 Abstract: In an acquiring tracking and pointing system, the speed of tracking response is constrained by current loop bandwidth of PMSM servo system. Based on the analysis of PMSM servo feedback delay, forward delay, proposed a new method which estimates SVPWM modulation increment and updates PWM immediately. This method decreased forward delay, therefore the system delay close to its theoretical minimum in the same switching frequency, and this made DC voltage utilization went up to a high level and current loop bandwidth expand to 3 times as that in traditional method, meanwhile this method improved the dynamic performance of acquiring tracking and pointing system greatly. Simulations and experiments prove the theoretical analysis is correct and feasible. Key words: PMSM; current Loop; bandwidth expansion; SVPWM; modulation estimation |
