摘要:直接转矩控制(DTC)是一种高性能的控制方法,通过两个滞环控制器实现对转矩和磁链的控制,响应速度快,鲁棒性强,但导致了电流和转矩的波动。通过空间电压矢量合成任意空间电压矢量,形成基于空间电压矢量调制的直接转矩控制系统(SVM-DTC系统),能进一步减少电流和转矩的波动。本文运用滑模变结构控制理论,在SVM-DTC系统基础上,构建基于转速、磁链、转矩三滑模变结构控制器的永磁同步电机SVM-DTC系统,在保留SVM-DTC动态性能的情况下,提高了电机的低速性能,减小了转矩脉动和电磁噪声,仿真和实验结果验证了该方法的可行性。 关键词:直接转矩控制;永磁同步电机;滑模变结构;空间电压矢量调制
Abstract: Direct Torque Control (DTC) is a high performance control method. Torque and flux are controlled by torque and flux hysteresis. The system has speedy response and excellence dynamic performance, but occurs the defect of current and torque ripple. The SVMDTC system of PMSM is established with synthetical space voltage vector. The ripple of current and torque can befurther reduced . The SVMDTC system of PMSM with three variable structures sliding mode controller including speed, flux and torque were given based on variable structure sliding mode theory. The torque at low speed was improved, and the torque ripple and electromagnetic noise were weakening comparing with holding dynamic performance of the SVMDTC system. Simulation and experiment results indicate the validity of this method.
