摘要:针对电动舵机位置伺服的高性能要求,设计并实现了基于TMS320F2812 DSP 的全数字电动舵机矢量控制系统。对于系统结构组成、控制方案、控制器软硬件设计进行阐述。电动舵机系统以永磁同步电机作为伺服电机,并利用旋转变压器及线性差动变压器进行电机速度及舵面位置的反馈,以实现舵面位置的高精度跟踪。系统实验表明,整套控制方案切实可行,电机运行可靠,速度平稳,响应速度快,位置跟踪性能好。
关键词:电动舵机;永磁同步电机;矢量控制;旋转变压器;线性差动变压器 Abstract: For the highperformance requirements of the electric steering gear position servo, a fullydigitalsignal electric steering gear vector control system was designed and implemented based on TMS320F2812 DSP System structure, control method, the controller hardware and software design were analyzed This system with Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) as its drive motor adopts rotary transformer and Linear Variable Differential Transformer (LVDT) to measure the motor speed and rudder position, for achieving the aim at high accuracy position trail of rudder System experiments show that the whole control scheme is feasibleIt is reliable that the motor runs, and speed stability is also good It has fast response and good position tracking performance
