摘 要:提出了一种永磁同步电动机无位置传感器单位功率因数矢量控制的方法;在额定转速范围内可实现永磁同步电机功率因数为1的控制;通过弱磁控制可实现更高转速的运行。与常用的定子磁势和转子永磁体磁势正交的矢量控制方法相比,优点是:不需要电机的任何参数,仅需检测定子绕组电流,因而控制系统简单可靠;可近似实现恒定子磁链的控制,不存在磁路饱和问题,且进入弱磁控制区更晚。介绍了系统的构成和参数,给出了实验结果。实验结果证明了理论分析的正确性。 关键词:永磁同步电动机; 无位置传感器控制; 单位功率因数; 弱磁控制;实验
Abstract: A method of sensorless vector control with unity power factor for surface permanent magnet synchronous motor(SPMSM)was presented.Within the rated speed,the power factor of PMSM was 1,and the motor could also run up to the higher speed by the ways of field weakening control.Comparing with the normal vector control of the stator’s magnetic force orthogonal with the rotor’s magnetic force,the advantages of proposed method include:1)no parameter of motor was necessary;2) only the stator’s winding current need to be detected,thus the control system was simple and reliable;3)the method could approximatively realize the control of the constant stator magnetic linkage,and PMSM will enter into the area of field weakening later.The structure and parameters of the experiment system were introduced.The experimental results were given,and the theoretic analysis was verified by experiments.
