标题:永磁同步电动机振动和噪声抑制的研究

摘要:本文以一款存在较大振动和噪声的注塑机用永磁同步电机为例,利用解析法推导出径向电磁力产生原理和分、整数槽定子绕组的谐波次数,提出定子采用整数槽来减小电机径向电磁力,转子上挖孔和开槽来降低气隙磁密幅值,削弱齿槽转矩和转矩脉动,然后利用Ansys有限元分析软件对这两款电机的气隙磁密波形、定子磁场谐波含量、径向力波等进行对比分析,并制作了样机,通过样机噪声实验发现该方法可有效抑制永磁同步电机的振动和噪声,对改善电机性能具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: This paper took permanent magnet synchronous motor for injection molding machine of large vibration and noise of reduction as study object, the principle of radial electromagnetic force and harmonic number of stator windings of integer, fractional slots were obtained by analytic method, integer slot motor was proposed to reduce the radial electromagnetic force of motor, vent holes and chute of rotor were designed to reduce the airgap flux, cogging toque and torque ripple, then finite element analysis software of Ansys was employed to compare and analyze airgap flux, harmonic and radial force wave, the motor was manufactured. This method can suppress the vibration and noise of PMSM effectively by experimental analysis on noise, and has reference value to improve characteristics of motor
