摘 要:进行了异步起动永磁同步电动机的二维瞬态电磁场计算,分析了齿槽定位转矩对电动机起动过程的影响,计算结果表明,齿槽定位转矩不仅可以引起转矩波动、加大转速的超调、延长电机起动的震荡时间,严重时还会导致电机牵入同步失败。在此基础上,研究了提高齿槽转矩谐波次数以减小齿槽转矩的方法。 关键词:异步起动永磁同步电动机;起动性能;齿槽定位转矩
Abstract: This paper analyzed the influence of cogging torque on the starting performance of line-start permanent magnetic motor by calculating 2D transient electromagnetic field of the motor. The results show that cogging torque can not only cause torque fluctuations, increase speed overshoot, extend the shock time when the motor starts, but also lead to failure of pulling into step in severe cases. On this basis, this paper studied the method of reducing cogging torque by increasing the frequency of cogging torque harmonics.
