摘要:将采用分数槽集中绕组的多极少槽永磁同步电机应用于电梯曳引机,使其布置更加灵活。结合电机结构选型和电机槽极数配合的选取,设计了一种小长径比的外转子24极27槽永磁同步外转子无齿轮曳引机。利用Ansoft有限元专业分析软件建立永磁同步电机的有限元模型,使用Matlab对电机空载磁场分布、空载电动势及其谐波成分进行了分析计算,分析了电机的齿槽转矩和负载转矩。分析结果表明所设计的电机能够满足设计和工程实际要求。 关键词:永磁电机;曳引机;电磁场分析 Abstract: Permanet magnet motor with the combining of multipole and lessslot is applied to the elevator traction machine, to make it arrange flexibly through fractionalslot and concentrated winding. In this paper, a 24 poles27 slots permanent magnet outrotor motor with small lengthdiameter ratio for the elevator dray machine was designed, considering the construction and the combining of multipole and lessslot. The analysis of noload magnetic field and noload electromotive force was presented by the finite element software Ansoft, and harmonic analysis was presented by Matlab. The cogging torque and loading torque were analyzed. The validity of the design is certificated by the result of annlysis.
