摘要:本文从永磁体厚度、极弧系数、气隙长度、槽口宽、磁极偏心距、定转子套筒和转子空心七个方面对影响电机径向气隙磁密的因素进行了研究,总结出了一般规律。将某永磁同步电机作为原型电机,根据此规律提出了5种改进设计方案,并应用有限元方法对方案进行了比较分析,证明了改进的有效性。
关键词:永磁同步电机;径向气隙磁密;结构优化 Abstract: The general rules were summarized based on the study of such factors as permanent magnet thickness, pole arc coefficient, air gap length, slot width, pole eccentricity, sleeve and the rotor hole, which affected radial air-gap flux density. According to the above rules, a permanent magnet synchronous motor as a prototype machine, five improved designs were presented which proved effective by the finite element method.
