摘要:工程实际中,考虑到伺服系统高精度、动静态特性好的要求,其控制参数应根据负载转动惯量的变化而作相应的调整。因此,如何进行PI参数自校正成为新的研究热点。采用自适应控制法设计了永磁同步电机的控制参数自校正算法。仿真结果表明了该方法速度环响应时间由01 s减少到005 s,稳态误差由05%降至01%,位置环响应时间由02 s减少到008 s,超调量由225%将至0。而且,系统响应曲线波动幅度降低,具有更好的伺服性能。 关键词:永磁同步电机;参数自校正;自适应控制 Abstract: In engineering practice, the control parameters should be adjusted according to the change of the moment of inertia of the load, considering the requirement of servo system with high accuracy and good dynamic and static characteristics. Therefore, how to carry on the PI parameter selfcorrection becomes the new research hot spot. The adaptive control method was used to design the selftuning algorithm of control parameters of permanent magnet synchronous motor. The simulation results show that the response time of the velocity loop is reduced from 01 s to 005 s, the steadystate error is reduced from 05% to 01%, the position loop response time is reduced from 02 s to 008 s, the overshoot amount from 225% to 0。 Moreover, the system response curve to reduce the amplitude of fluctuation, with better servo performance.
