摘 要:永磁交流伺服电动机温升是影响电动机运行性能的一个重要因素。温度场计算可以准确地得到电机各部件的温升及其分布。建立了电机三维温度场的数学模型及有限元模型,得到电机整体的温度分布。在此基础上分析空气流动状态及机壳结构形式对电机冷却效果的影响规律,对电机冷却系统改进设计具有一定的指导意义。 关键词:温度场;有限元法;永磁交流伺服电动机;冷却系统
Abstract: Temperature rise is a key factor to the performance of permanent magnet AC servo motor. Through temperature field calculation, temperature rise and its distribution in each part can be accurately obtained. In this paper, the mathematical model and finite element analysis model of permanent magnet sevor motor were established, and the temperature field distribution within the machine was obtained by using the software Ansys. On this basis, analyzed the cooling effect to the change of air flow state and the chassis structure、 The result shows that it is valuable for improving the design of the cooling system.
