标题:水冷永磁伺服电机温升关键问题的研究

摘要:文章用流热耦合法对水冷永磁伺服电机温升关键问题进行了研究。为得到合理的冷却水流速,文章理论分析了冷却水流速对电机温升的影响,得到紊流状态下电机温升和冷却水流速间的关系曲线。随着冷却水流速的增加,电机温升变化率在减小,最后趋于饱和。建立电机模型,用有限元流体场仿真软件Fluent对其进行仿真计算,并对样机额定工况不同水速进行试验验证。仿真计算、理论推导和试验能够保持一致。综合考虑散热效果和外部驱动泵损耗,给出所研究电机合理的冷却水流速,对水冷电机冷却系统设计具有指导意义。

Abstract: The article studied the key problems of watercooled permanent magnet servo motor temperature rise by using the method of flow thermal coupling. To obtain the reasonable cooling water speed, the article theoretically analyzed the influence of cooling water speed on the motor temperature rise, and got the relationship curve between motor temperature rise and the cooling water speed. With the increase of cooling water speed, the motor temperature rise rate are decrease,and finally tends to saturation. Establishing the motor model, which was calculated by the fluid field finite element simulation software fluent,and was tested at rated working condition of different water speed. The simulation calculation, theoretical derivation and experiment can keep consistent. Considering the cooling effect and the external drive pump loss, reasonable cooling water speed of the motor was given, which has a guidance significance for the watercooled motor cooling water channel design.
