摘要: 在开环控制方式下,步进电机在其加速过程中易出现失步和过冲现象。用传统的指数规律进行加速的方法虽能保证步进电机的运行稳定性,但该方法在离散化过程中存在着运算复杂等问题。针对这些问题,本文对步进电机运动特性方程进行分析,提出了步进电机指数型加速曲线的离散化过程的改进算法。最后,通过Matlab仿真和硬件实验来证实该算法的有效性。
关键词:步进电机;开环控制;指数型加速曲线 Abstract: Under the open loop control system, in the process of acceleration,out of step or overshoot phenomenon is easy to appear in the step motor. The exponential acceleration can guarantee the stability of the step motor operation, however, the problem of computing complexity may occured in the computing complexity. In order to solve these problem,this paper raised some improvements of the discretization process of the stepper motor exponential acceleration curve based on the analysis of the motor characteristics stepping equation. Finally, in this paper, the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm was verified by simulation and experiment.
