标题:正余弦编码器细分装置的设计

摘  要:所设计的正余弦编码器细分装置将位置传感器产生的与角度位置成正余弦关系的电信号,采用正切算法计算角度并进行偏差补偿,得到精确的角度位置信号。完成了基于DSP的正余弦编码器角度位置细分装置的软硬件设计,采用全差动放大器件接收差分信号,高速ADC转换芯片+FPGA +DSP实现了区间划分和对信号的细分计算、偏差补偿以及转向判别,使装置具有了信号采集、数据计算和结果输出功能,可用于角度的高分辨率测量。

Abstract: The subdivision device of SIN/COS encoder designed was used to calculate the angular position with tangent function method according to the electric sin/cos signals from position sensor in this paper, the compensatory algorithms were used to eliminate the errors caused from noises. The segment subdivision device was designed based on digital signal processor (DSP) , the hardware and software design was fulfiled. was received the input differential signals using differential amplifier, high speed ADC chip and FPGA as well as DSP were used to meet the need of segment division, angular position subdivision calculation, compensation to noises and the rotating direction determination. The device has the functions of signals picking up, date processing and result output, and can be used in the application of high resolution angular position measuremet.
