摘要:本文针对航天领域所使用电机具有的热过载高特点,对某弹用直流无刷电机工作状态下的温度场进行分析,获得了电机内部及周围多个温度点随时间变化的曲线;并设计了实验验证,通过一系列对比分析,发现电机内部温度分布与仿真结果符合性较好,周围的温度分布与仿真结果有较大出入。结果表明:某弹用直流无刷电机的热设计本身有效,但与周围环境的影响与接触方式、紧密程度等多因素有关,需要进一步设计。 关键词:热分析;温度场;直流无刷电机;有限元 Abstract: As the motors used in the aerospace field have the characteristic of high thermal overload, in this article, the temperature field of a certain brushless DC motor which is used in a missile was analyzed, and the curves over time of multiple temperature points inside and around the motor were obtained. Experimental results show that the temperature distribution in the motor is in good agreement with the simulation results through a series of comparative analysis. The temperature distribution around the motor is quite different from the simulation results. The results show that the thermal design of a certain brushless DC motor which is used in missile is effective, but the influence on the surrounding environment is related to many factors, such as the contact mode, the degree of closeness and so on, and further design is needed.
