摘 要:本文研究了基于永磁同步伺服电机的机电伺服机构数学模型,开发了一种对参数摄动不敏感、不存在抖振现象的模糊变结构控制算法。并以某型号固体发动机喷管负载为控制对象,电流环采用PI控制,位置环采用模糊变结构控制,对模糊变结构控制器性能进行了仿真分析与实验研究,结果表明,该控制策略具有良好的响应速度并能快速准确的跟踪位置指令。 关键词:电伺服机构;变结构控制;模糊控制
Abstract: This paper discussed a kind of fuzzy variable structure algorithm without chattering compared with conventional SMVS control based on the mathematical model of PMSM servo system. PI control was applied in current loop and fuzzy variable structure control was applied in position loop. Simulation and experiment tested the performance of fuzzy variable structure controller, the result demonstrated this algorithm has good speed responsibility and can trace position command quickly and precisely.
