摘要:针对目前航空地面特种车辆的电动化,设计出机场摆渡车用永磁同步轮毂电机。首先给出永磁同步轮毂电机基本尺寸和基本参数,其次利用有限元软件对电机空载特性进行仿真计算,分析气隙长度和永磁体厚度、极弧系数对轮毂电机性能的影响。最后综合分析结构参数的改变对齿槽转矩和反电势的影响,确定电机最优结构尺寸。 关键词:机场摆渡车;永磁电机;轮毂电机;性能优化
Abstract: The permanent magnet synchronous inwheel motor in airport ferry was designed for Electrification of special aviation ground vehicles in this paper. Firstly, the basic dimensions and basic parameters of the permanent magnet synchronous inwheel motor were calculated. Secondly, the simulation of no load characteristics was carried out by using finite element method and the influence of the air gap length, permanent magnet thickness and polearc coefficient on inwheel motor performance was also analyzed. Lastly, the optimal structure size was determined by analyzing the influence of the structural parameters change on the cogging torque and back EMF.
