摘  要：本文针对喇嘛甸油田在用抽油机机井装机功率大、能耗偏大的现状，从降低油田生产成本出发，通过对电动机的基本原理和改造技术原理的综合分析，探讨了常规电动机进行节能技术改造的途径,同时展望了常规电动机节能技术改造的应用前景。

Abstract: In this paper, based on the fact that the installed power is big and energy consumption is large for the pumping units wells in Daqing Lamadian oil field,the author dicussed the method of general motor energy conservation technology for reducing oil production costs, by means of electic motor basic principle and comprehensive analysis of alteration techniques.The paper gave the prospects for the application of energy conservation technology at last.
