标题:无铁心永磁同步直线电机电磁-热-应力耦合分析

摘要:无铁心永磁同步直线电机提高推力密度的方案之一是增大动子电流,但增大动子电流会导致动子发热增加。长时间工作于高温状态有可能引起永磁体退磁发生形变,降低电机工作精度等严重后果。因此,研究无铁心永磁同步直线电机的磁热耦合对直线电机的影响具有重要意义。通过解析法和有限元法相结合分析计算得到电机的永磁体磁场分布。同时针对电机的温度场,应力场耦合分析。基于有限元法从温度场设计方面对该电机进行磁热耦合分析,给出电机温度场分布图和温升情况,以及磁热耦合密度云图。利用高斯计等仪器组成的实验平台,监测电机在运动过程中的温升情况以及磁场变化。为下一步冷却结构和流体的设计研究提供依据。

Abstract: One of the schemes for improving the thrust density of an ironless permanent magnet synchronous linear motor is to increase the mover current, but increasing the mover current causes an increase in the heat of the mover. Working in a high temperature for a long time may cause deformation of the permanent magnet demagnetization and reduce the serious consequences of motor operation accuracy. Therefore, it is important to study the influence of magnetothermal coupling of ironfree permanent magnet synchronous linear motor on linear motor. The magnetic field distribution of the permanent magnet of the motor was calculated by the combination of analytical method and finite element method. At the same time, the temperature field and stress field coupling analysis of the motor were carried out. Based on the finite element method, the magnetothermal coupling analysis of the motor was carried out from the aspect of temperature field design, and the temperature field distribution map and temperature rise of the motor and the magnetothermal coupling density cloud map were given. An experimental platform composed of a Gauss meter and the like was used to monitor the temperature rise of the motor during the movement and the change of the magnetic field. Provide a basis for the design study of the next cooling structure and fluid.
