标题:无速度传感器的无轴承同步磁阻电机控制系统

摘要:机械速度传感器给无轴承同步磁阻电机带来维护不便、可靠性降低、总成本增高以及超高转速受限等诸多问题,故宜取消电机的速度传感器。为此提出一种基于脉动高频信号注入法的无轴承同步磁阻电机转速估计方法,该方法在被控电机转矩绕组注入脉动高频电压信号,利用电机的凸极性,通过检测含有转子位置信息的转矩绕组高频感应电流来估计转子位置,从而实现无轴承同步磁阻电机的无速度传感器悬浮控制。仿真结果表明采用高频信号注入法能准确估计转子实际位置,可实现全速范围内电机的稳定悬浮运行。

Abstract: The mechanical speed sensors bring lots of problems such as difficult to maintain, lower reliability, high the total costs and super high speed limit for the operation of bearingless synchronous reluctance motor (BSRM), so the speed sensors must be canceled. In this paper, a novel rotor speed estimation scheme using fluctuating high frequency voltage signal injection method was suggested, by injecting fluctuating high voltage signal into the torque winding, and the induced high frequency current was detected from the torque winding based on the saliency of BSRM, then the control system of speed sensorless for BSRM was created. Simulation results confirm that the proposed method can estimate the rotor real speed accurately, furthermore, the stable suspension operation of BSRM is realized in full speed.
