摘 要:无轴承永磁薄片电机具有磁轴承和永磁同步电机的优点,具有重要的研究意义和广阔的使用前景。综合考虑无轴承永磁薄片电机径向悬浮力产生的各种因素,导出了径向悬浮力和转矩数学模型,采用转子磁场定向控制策略,设计了无轴承永磁薄片电机解耦控制系统。基于带电流内环控制的电压源型PWM功率驱动电路原理,开发了相应的硬件控制系统。研究结果表明:采用该驱动电路与DSP控制电路板相结合,应用转子磁场定向控制策略,可以实现无轴承永磁薄片电机转矩和径向悬浮力之间解耦控制,使无轴承永磁薄片电机稳定运行。 关键词:无轴承电机;永磁薄片电机;解耦;功率驱动
Abstract: Bearingless permanent magnet slice motor has magnetic bearing and permanent magnet synchronous motor advantages,so it has important research significance and broad prospects for use.Considering the various factors of generation of radial suspension forces on bearingless permanent magnet slice motors, the radial direction suspension and torque’s mathematical models were deduced.The decoupling control system on bearingless permanent magnet slice motor based on the rotor magnetic field oriented control strategy was designed.Hardware control system based on the principle of voltage source PWM power drive circuit with current-mode inner loop control was developed.The research results have shown that the decoupling control of the motor torque and radial suspension forces on bearingless permanent magnet slice motor can be implemented by combined of drive circuit and DSP control circuit and the rotor magnetic field oriented control strategy,and bearingless permanent magnet slice motor can operation stably.
