摘 要:无轴承永磁同步电机作为一种新型电机,它继承了永磁同步电机大功率、长寿命、高效率和小体积等优点;同时由于减少了机械轴承,拓展了高速电机在微型化、大功率范围领域的应用。该文介绍了无轴承永磁同步电机的工作原理;综述了近来年无轴承永磁同步电机结构与控制策略等方面的研究概况;总结了研究中存在的问题并展望了发展趋势。 关键词:无轴承永磁同步电机;工作原理;电机结构;控制策略;发展趋势
Abstract: As a new kind of motor,the bearingless permanent magnet synchronous motor inherits the permanent magnet synchronous motor’s advantages of high power,long life,high efficiency,small size and etc,at the same time,due to the mechanical reduction,it expand the application of high-speed motor bearing to miniaturization and large power field.This paper analyzed the bearingless permanent magnet synchronous motor’s principle of work, reviewed recent years’researches of its structure,control strategy and etc, summarized the problems of research and gave out the developing trends.
