摘要:无轴承无刷直流电机是一种高性能的新型电机,它将无刷直流电机和磁悬浮轴承功能集成一体,使其不仅具备磁轴承无摩擦、无磨损、高速度、寿命长等特点,还具有无刷直流电机的效率高、体积小、结构简单的优势,潜在发展和应用前景非常广阔。本文介绍无轴承无刷直流电机的结构特点、悬浮力产生的原理,从电机结构、控制策略方面分析了无轴承无刷直流电机的国内外发展现状,并根据无轴承无刷直流电机的优势及存在的问题,分析了未来无轴承无刷直流电机的研究发展趋势,为今后进一步开展无轴承无刷直流电机的研究提供参考。
关键词:无轴承无刷直流电机;悬浮力;电机结构;控制策略 Abstract: A bearingless brushless DC motor is a new type of high performance motor, which integrates the function of magnetic bearings into a brushless DC motor. It has the characteristic of no friction, no wear, high speed, long service life of the magnetic bearings, and also has the advantages of high efficiency, small volume, simple structure of the brushless DC motor, and it has a potential vast development and application prospects. In this paper, the motor structure of the bearingless brushless DC and the principle of suspension force generation were introduced. A comprehensive overview of the bearingless brushless DC motors was presented, with particular emphasis on the motor structure and the control strategy analysis. On the basis of the superiority and the existence problems of the bearingless brushless DC, the research development trend of the bearingless brushless DC motor was analyzed in this paper. The results provided the reference for the further study on the bearingless brushless DC motor.
