标题:无轴承开关磁阻电机的振动控制策略

摘要:磁阻电机的振动和噪声问题已成为阻碍其推广应用的一大障碍。本文研究了一种利于减小无轴承开关磁阻电机定子电磁振动的悬浮运行控制策略。该控制策略在保证电机稳定悬浮的前提下,通过对主绕组实施两步换相以减小由于换相时径向力突变而带来的定子振动。基于BSRM的运行原理、转矩和径向力的数学模型,介绍了新型控制策略的基本原理;制定了两步换相带来负转矩的补偿方法,推导了电机相关控制参数的计算方法;仿真证实了新的控制策略可有效地减小BSRM定子电磁振动,验证了理论分析的正确性和可行性。

Abstract: The problems of serious vibration has become a major obstacle encountered in the application of reluctance motors. A control strategy was proposed to reduce the stator electromagnetic vibration for the bearingless switched reluctance motor (BSRM). Under the premises of the stability of the motor suspension, the control strategy decreased the stator vibration caused by sudden change of stator radial force by using two-step phase to phase commutation. Based on its operation principle and mathematical models of torque and radial force, this paper introduced the fundamental control method for decreasing stator vibration; developed a compensation method for negative torque caused by two-step commutation; deduced the motor control parameters. Simulation result indicate that the control strategy can effectively reduce the stator vibration, thus validating rightness and feasibility of the theory.
