摘 要:介绍了无轴承同步磁阻电动机径向悬浮力产生原理,给出其径向力数学模型,采用有限元法对电动机的磁场分布以及径向力和绕组电流之间的非线性关系进行分析与计算,研究磁饱和对径向力特性的影响,为无轴承同步磁阻电动机优化设计与有效控制提供了一些思路。 关键词:无轴承电动机;同步磁阻电动机;径向力;有限元法
Abstract: Introduced the principle of radial forces generation for bearingless synchronous reluctance motors,and given mathematics models of radial forces,moreover,analyzed and calculated the complicated magnetic field characteristic inside the motors and nonlinear relations between radial forces and windings currents with finite element method,also found the effects of magnetic saturation on radial forces.Analysis results can offer a thoughtway for optimal design and effective control of the motor.
