摘要:无槽无刷电机,由于其便捷的控制特性,作为高性能的传动机构,代表了交流电机的发展方向之一。该文理论分析了他控变频以及正弦波控制算法的特点,提出通过设置开关速度的方式来拓宽电机的调速范围,并且在该速度控制的基础上设计出位置随动系统。基于英飞凌XC164CM建立了软硬件实验平台。实验结果表明,该系统可以获得较好的宽调速性能,并且可以准确的实现位置指令跟随。 关键词:无槽无刷电机;他控变频;正弦波调制;宽调速;位置随动;开关速度
Abstract:For the smart control performance and smooth running performance,coreless motor has been a development trend of AC motor.This article analyzes traits of variable frequency and sine wave modulation,and designs the wide speed range and servo system based on the two methods.With Infineon XC164CM,this article sets up the software and hardware experiment plat.The result shows the system has a wide speed range and can follow the motion order well.
