摘要:针对无感无刷直流电机控制系统中转子位置信号获取的问题,通过无刷直流电机拓扑结构分析了反电动势过零点检测法的原理,以及基于模拟中性点电压作为参考点的反电动势过零点检测电路原理,详细设计了对应的硬件电路和软件程序,并最终进行了无感无刷直流电机控制系统的测试。测试结果表明换相时刻滞后反电动势过零点后30°电角度,可以获得正确的功率管导通顺序,系统运行稳定。 关键词:无刷直流电机;无传感控制;反电动势过零点法;模拟中性点 Abstract: Aiming at the problem of obtaining the rotor position signal in the brushless DC motor control system, the principles, such as anti EMF zero crossing point detection by the topology of Brushless DC motor, anti EMF zero crossing detection circuit based on analog neutral point voltage as reference point, were analyzed. The corresponding hardware circuit and software program were designed in detail, finally, the control system of brushless DC motor was tested. The test results show that the commutation moment lags back 30 degrees of EMF zero crossing, the correct order of commutation sequence can be obtained, and the system runs steadily.
