标题:无刷直流电机速度测量与显示系统设计

摘  要:针对在传统测量无刷电机转速过程中,磁传感器易受电机绕组和转子的磁场干扰和编码器与很多型号电机安装不匹配导致测速没有通用性等问题,提出了一种集精确测量电机转速、上位机实时显示转速及数据存储的综合设计方案。该方案采用角速率传感器测量转速,将数字信号处理器作为微控制器控制模数转换并将传感器的输出值存储并处理,提高了整个系统的处理速度。经过试验验证,该系统能实时地显示电机的转速,有很好的稳定性和可操作性,对无刷直流电机中的速度环控制与调试有很重要的实际意义。

Abstract:  Against the fact that when measuring the brushless DC motor rotary speed in the traditional process, the magnetic sensor was susceptible to interference by the magnetic field of motor windings and rotor, at the same time the encoder could not be installed with many models, so that it could not be universally used. This paper presented a set of integrated design for measuring motor rotary speed. It integrated accurate measurement of motor rotary speed, the PC real-time display and data storage. The design used angular rate sensor to measure speed. Conducting as micro-controller unit, the digital signal processor controlled analog to digital converter, the storing and processing of the sensor output value, as a result of that it could improve the processing speed of the whole system. After experimental verification, the system can display real-time speed of brushless DC motor with good stability and operability. It will play an important and practical role in the control and debug of brushless DC motor.
