摘要:本文分析了现有无刷直流电机软起动所存在的问题,通过对电机软起动电路控制拓扑进行优化设计并采用合适的功率管提升负载能力,消除了由于人为因素或电源特性引起的二次起动造成软起动保护失效,导致过流烧毁功率管的故障。试验结果表明,软起动设计改进后的电机二次起动时能够及时恢复软起动保护功能,有效遏制冲击电流带来的危害。 关键词:无刷直流电机;软起动;二次起动 Abstract: The paper analyzed the existing problems for the soft start of the current brushless DC motor.The load capability was improved through optimizing the control topology of the motor soft start circuit and adopting the applicable power tube,thus eliminating the softstart protection failure to burn down the power tube excessively,which was caused by the secondary start because of human factor or power property.The test result indicates the motor with the improved soft start can recover the protection function timely when start again,effectively prevention the damage led by the inrush current.
