摘要:由于无刷直流电机存在电磁转矩脉动的缺陷,降低了无刷直流电机应用在伺服系统中的精度,使得无刷直流电机的应用受到限制。本文首先对无刷直流电机产生电磁转矩脉动的各种原因进行了详细分析。然后,从电机控制以及电机设计角度,论述了抑制电磁转矩脉动的具体措施。最后,本文从电机控制角度和电机优化设计角度对无刷直流电机转矩脉动方法做了展望。 Abstract: Brushless DC motors have the drawbacks of electromagnetic torque ripple, which reduces the accuracy of the brushless DC motors applications in the servo system and makes the application of brushless DC motor is limited. First in this paper, various reasons that give rise to electromagnetic torque ripple were analyzed. Then, specific measures were discussed to suppress electromagnetic torque ripple from the view of motor control and motor design. In the last,the paper prospected the measures that suppress electromagnetic torque ripple from the view of motor control and motor optimized design.
